If you are looking for a quiet place where to rest and relax, with nothing to worry about and people taking care of you, Veda5 Kerala is a reliable choice. The structure was small, well arranged and maintained. The managers and employees were all sweet and easygoing, as well as the professional doctors and therapists. There was a wide range of therapies which brought our body and mind in another world! All those parameters were putting a peaceful and friendly atmosphere into the place. There were a lot of facilities, yoga, bicycles, gardens, hammocks and yoga shala, as well as the beach at the door, and lot of attention and help for any other need. The place is a great opportunity to get ride of stress and addictions of the modern lifestyle, to get a valuable point of view on one health, and a different angle from allopathic medicine.

Gorgeous beach location with countryside scenic beauty. Dachu runs the show flawlessly. Massages are great and Dr Nishanth plans the best Ayurvedic massages for you. Very cordial staff. Overall great experience. Highly recommend
We spent three days at Veda5- if we'd known how wonderful it would be, we would have booked a month! Everything, from the welcome, to the yoga shala, to the food, and location were incredible. It isn't the fanciest Ayurveda retreat in the region, but it has amazing value. It is truly authentic in spirit and practice. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the food was just delicious, and the treatments were so relaxing. I think I felt my nervous system actually destress for the first time fully, and my partner who is a bit skeptical of Ayurvedic practices also ended up loving it. We would gladly return again! Thank you to all the staff- you made our visit especially memorable.
Just spent 3 weeks here for Panchakarma. Never have I met a more loving staff. This is a boutique resort with amazing hospitality. The food is sattvic and the kitchdi is wonderful. I would highly recommend coming here for Ayurveda treatments.
The most heavenly place I have ever stayed at from the location, to the team running it, the delicious Sattvic Ayurvedic meals and deeply healing Ayurvedic treatments. Positioned on a palm-fringed beach, with a calm, warm ocean perfect for swimming, coconuts a-plenty and where you are made to feel like one of the family. The Veda5 team cannot do enough for you and really care about the wellbeing of their guests, or extended family as they like to call visitors. A piece of paradise you’ll never want to leave. I came in January 2023 and returned with a group as part of India Calling (indiacalling.co.uk) for yoga, Ayurveda and meditation, and the group cherished every moment here, falling in love with Veda5 as much as we have. We have already booked our next visit in a few months’ time!
